PVMA Election: Ballots must be received no later than Nov. 7th!

Hi Paradise Valley Neighbors! Just a quick reminder to vote in the upcoming PVMA HOA Board of Directors election! Ballots need to be received by the management company by November 7th at noon. If you’re hoping for some fresh positive faces and new ideas on the board, Ryan Scheidemantle and Dennis Hooten are running as new candidates. Despite the incumbents claims: they’re not looking to change the boat/motor home rule or allow houses to be painted in “unconventional colors.” They also believe in showing respect to all Fairfield neighborhoods and don’t support any negative talk about them. Their main goal is to listen to residents and make sure everyone’s treated fairly and respectfully. Every vote counts and is really appreciated!
