Board Meeting Notes 1.26.2026 –

The board meeting was.. eventful.

Concerns were raised by non board member attendees regarding the recent “election by acclamation” (https://www.davis-stirling.com/HOME/U/Uncontested-Elections-by-Acclamation) which appeared to known to a precious few (not even the entire board was aware that this type of “election” was happening).

These concerns were largely dismissed, but there was an invitation to have a special meeting with the board around election concerns, which will happen (please check back often for updates, we are in the process of setting up an email list)

All homeowner’s are encourage to attend this meeting (details will be posted when available). The lack of communication (which seemed to enable this questionable election) was also brought up, and WIllis Management Group was promptly blamed for it – Willis has been unable to send communications since some time last spring or summer it seems.

The fact that Willis was unable to send email (?!) *does not* absolve the board of their responsibility to communicate, so this matter is not over.

Even if all of this was incompetence, it certainly has the appearance of something else.
