Recent PVMA Concerns
- Recent Election: The recent (end of 2023) election was an “election by acclamation” (https://www.davis-stirling.com/HOME/U/Uncontested-Elections-by-Acclamation). An election by acclamation requires certain preconditions to be met, which were not per guidelines here: https://www.davis-stirling.com/HOME/U/Uncontested-Elections-by-Acclamation
- Pool Fence. The outcome of the pool fence election seems to be obfuscated: No proof of how many votes were cast for/against was presented when requested.
- Enforcement: Enforcement of HOA rules appears haphazard. It seems like the Board/Willis Management Group should provide data on how many citations per month/per neighborhood are/were issued to substansiate the fairness of issued citations
- Board meetings: Board meetings went online during the pandemic, but still require accomodations that are currently not being met: https://hoalaw.tinnellylaw.com/ab-648-signed-virtual-hoa-meetings/
- Members disrepected and muted in meetings for asking basic and reasonable questions.
